Our Farmer's Raising Standards
- Grass Fed from birth.
- Our cattle receives grain 60-90 days before harvesting.
- No Anti-biotics (unless they are sick and need short-term treatment).
- All Natural, free from growth hormones.
- Before turning 1, our cattle will receive the following
- Ivermectin (yes that stuff)
- One dosage of a multi-pronged vaccine to prevent common illnesses (Blackleg, Gangrene, etc.) Read more here

Butcher dates are two weeks prior to delivery. This gives time for meat inspection, packing, and ensures the highest quality of meat is delivered.
- None of our cattle are butchered for future use. Every order is butchered and prepared fresh.
- The Beef is then stored in vacuum-sealed bags to stop the aging process.
- Deliveries are made in a refrigerated truck and will arrive fresh/frozen on delivery day.

Yet most farmers are unable or ill-equipped to sell directly to families. As a result, these farmers wholesale for less and struggle to avoid the "big farm" tactics to reduce costs. We believe that by connecting farmers to families, everyone wins.
